How can I find out about the BMW navigation version?
Whether you want to know your navigation version in order to update your GPS or to add Carplay on your BMW, you must first know the version of your navigation.
WHAT KIND OF VERSION IS THERE?
Since 2008, there is the :PREMIUM, NEXT, MOVE, MOTION and EVO.
HOW TO DO IT?
On your Idrive joystick, the one that allows you to navigate through the menus, go in the following order:
NAV ==> OPTION ==> scroll down to VERSION
You will then have a screen like this one:
