Volkswagen MQB station installation tutorial

We will see in this tutorial in pictures how to install a Volkswagen MQB car radio instead of the basic screen present on the Golfs.

Required tools: VW/AUDI extraction keys

Installation time: 20-30 minutes

Inventory: one Volkswagen MQB radio

STEP 1: DISMANTLING THE ORIGINAL GOLF 7 STATION

In the glove box, remove the unit with the extraction keys.

Remove the station.

Disconnect the various connectors present.

Remove the plastic cover that surrounds the screen.

Highlight disconnected connectors on the unit.

To finally pass them on the side of the old screen.

STEP 2: CONNECTIONS

Connect the radio antenna with the adapter.

Also connect the other connectors present.

Insert the new Volkswagen plastic cover.

STEP 3 : ENJOY
